Four Tenants Sign Leases at A.W. Perry Properties in South Shore Park, Hingham

Perry properties in South Shore Park, Hingham. Craig Textiles, Inc., C.W. Clancy, LLC and Sportscapes Unlimited, LLC have signed leases totaling 6,526 sq. ft. at 1 Pond Park Road bringing that building to full occupancy. Best Chevrolet has signed a lease at 100 Research Road for 29,055 sq. ft. relocating their parts and distribution warehouse from another Perry property in South Shore Park and their auto body repair department from their Derby Street location.
