Maddie graduated from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY and was a four-year starter on the NCAA Division III Golf Team. Currently, Maddie is an active member of CREW Boston and serves on the Golf Committee. A licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson, Maddie is also a member of the CBA.

Perry Brokerage Associates Brokers $2.4mm Office Building Sale in Marshfield, MA

The buyer, CNO Capital, plans to house finance and administrative offices for their expanding restaurant and investment management group at the address. Perry Brokerage simultaneously executed a lease extension with the existing tenant during the transaction. Ben Stout of Atlantic Properties represented the buyer in the sale.

Perry Brokerage Hires Senior Graphic Designer Significantly Expanding the Brokerage Platform’s Marketing Capabilities

Kelly arrived at Perry with an extensive background in graphic design and an array of creative experience. Formally, Kelly was Senior Graphic Designer at The Grubb Company in San Francisco Bay Area, a boutique residential real estate firm where she rebranded the 50-year-old company identity and created a brand standard for the organization, on top of many other marketing responsibilities.

Kelly graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY and continued her education at the General Assembly in San Francisco studying HTML, CSS, Web Design, and User Experience Design.

At Perry Brokerage Kelly will be tasked with creating commercial property marketing collateral, designing and executing social media campaigns, and a variety of other creative projects growing the platform’s overall marketing reach.

On March 28, 2018, the NEREJ and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce co-hosted the first annual South of Boston Summit at The Lantana in Randolph, MA.
