Rich Beal and Tyler Hilson Participate in the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and NEREJ 2018 South of Boston Summit

On March 28, 2018, the NEREJ and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce co-hosted the first annual South of Boston Summit at The Lantana in Randolph, MA. Over 250 attendees heard panel speakers from the banking sector, commercial brokerage, construction and development industries cover market overviews, discuss current projects and economic trends in the South of Boston region. The continued growth of the multifamily sector was a highlight as well as the emphasis on historically low-interest rates and their impact on select commercial markets.

Tyler Hilson, Broker Associate at Perry Brokerage gave a market overview which discussed current market conditions and drivers affecting the leasing and sales activity for office and industrial space in the South Shore Market. Tyler presented statistics on notable recent transactions and explored evolving trends in commercial real estate, such as coworking.
