Rich Beal of PBA represented A.W. Perry and Garrett Larivee and Dave Richardson of McCall & Almy represented The Boston Foundation in the lease transaction. The Boston Foundation with offices at 75 Arlington Street will be expanding its office operations to the Berkeley to accommodate growth and additional staff from its recent merger with The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI).
